UPDF, Fardc Hold Security Talks After Lake Edward Incident

[Nile Post] The Uganda People's Defence Forces (UPDF) and the Armed Forces of the Democratic Republic of Congo (FARDC) have held a high-level bilateral meeting aimed at strengthening coordination and joint operations on Lake Edward, following a recent cross-border security incident.
