Nyabihu Officials Appear in Court Over Genocide Survivors' Houses
[New Times] Mukamira Primary Court on Tuesday, October 28, initiated the pre-trial hearing for 16 Nyabihu District officials accused of allegedly misusing public funds meant for the rehabilitation of houses belonging to survivors of the Genocide against the Tutsi.
